Referee Clinic – Entrance Level, Must register soon!

Many of us become irate (eliminate: at some) during soccer matches at some of the calls that are made by the referee or his assistants.  It is not that easy, in real time!

Now you can learn the trade and see just how much fun it can be to become a referee for our area and actually obtain an entry level referee’s license.  The Baton Rouge Capitals are glad to help our area’s soccer infrastructure and so we are announcing the upcoming referees clinic.

Due to the requests received, the Soccer Referee’s Association of Baton Rouge has tentatively scheduled another entry level (Grade 8) clinic for April 5, 6, and 7.  The weekend sessions will be from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the Monday testing will begin at 6 PM.  All sessions must be attended to complete this course.  You may schedule another time for testing, at the Instructor’s convenience.

We will require a minimum of 10 committed candidates by our deadline of March 21, 2008.  If you are interested, and able to commit, please let me know before the deadline.

Full information will be sent once the minimum class roster has been met.
